I manage a fully remote engineering team to develop generative AI coding solutions in the design to code space. Our gen AI code generation engine has generated millions of code projects saving countless hours for our users.

Our primary products are:

1. Figma dev mode plugin with >1.4M installations using our genAI backend to generate high quality React/HTML code using Shadcn,MUI,AntD,Radix and Tailwind.

2. Frontier VScode extension having >40k installations. The system utilizes local and remote AI models to generate high quality front-end code from Figma designs utilizing the user’s existing design system.

3. A vibe coding playground for product designers, PMs & Devs to test and prototype ideas from their Figma designs.

Managed two groups of devs (TLV + Ukraine) through Corona & Russia/Ukraine war, totaling about 30 engineers. Improved customer painscore to a record breaking level (Through SLA & production workflows), velocity improvements via new agile workflows. Successfully won the deployment a full new version of the classic editor (Editor 2.0) for both new and existing ADI + Editor customers, including hundreds of features. Major capabilities deployed: Quick edit (for Classic & EditorX), new editor experience & workspace, Section redesign, Site creation/generation, new color palette, new mobileAlgo, most new AI features (text & image) generation for Classic & EditorX, SP for EditorX/classic design, Advanced menus, AddPanel CMS, addSection+addPage CMS and many more.
